Simple and transparent, built for teams with limited time.
It starts with a free conversation about where you are and what you need. If I am the right person to help, I send a short written plan setting out what I will do, by when, and what it costs. Then we begin.
Time-bound
Most engagements take two to eight weeks, so there is a clear beginning and end.
Remote
I work with you wherever you are, online and in English.
Collaborative
I build your confidence, not your dependence on me.
Affordable
Most engagements are low-cost and based on what your organisation can manage, with limited pro bono support for very small or new organisations.
Being honest about what I don't do
I think it matters to be clear. I do not:
- Write funding proposals or applications
- Undertake conflict resolution
- Act as a fundraiser or broker introductions to donors
- Provide legal, financial, audit or security advice
- Deliver training programmes
Where something falls outside what I offer, I am always happy to point you in the right direction.
